NTFL Bylaws

The purpose of the NTFL By-Laws is to govern this organization and to provide the rules that all member associations (city leagues) must follow. They were written with the input of all member organizations. Each organization or league has equal representation on the NTFL board, regardless of their size. Enforcement of these By-Laws will be up to the TDFA board. These By-Laws are amendable once a year and require a majority vote to be amended.
