Our Spring 7v7 football program offers players an exciting, non-contact way to stay active and improve their game during the off-season.
Designed for skill development, 7v7 focuses on passing, route running, coverage, and quick decision-making. It’s a great opportunity for players to sharpen their football IQ, build chemistry with teammates, and compete in a fun, fast-moving format.
Non-contact format (no pads or tackling)
Smaller team sizes mean more reps and individual attention
Games played weekly
Open to boys and girls across multiple age divisions
Spring 7v7 is a great complement to the fall season. It helps players:
Stay in shape
Build confidence
Learn offensive and defensive schemes
Prepare for fall tackle or flag football
Players from all seven of our member organizations are welcome to participate. Divisions are organized by grade level and/or age.
